EPC & Improvement Recommendation Services
An on-site energy assessment survey involving floor plan creation, measurement taking, photographic evidence collection and recording construction and heating information throughout the property.
This information is then modelled in RdSAP10 software to calculate the property’s energy efficiency rating. Once complete, the EPC is lodged and you will receive your official Energy Performance Certificate, which can also be viewed on the government EPC register.

A commercial energy assessment involving site surveying, floor plan creation, measurement taking, photographic evidence collection and recording building services and construction information throughout the property.
The building is then modelled within SBEM software to generate the commercial EPC rating and recommendation report before lodgement of the final certificate which will be accessible via the government EPC register.
Domestic/Commercial EPC & Improvement Recommendations
Many properties have existing EPCs with low ratings, and clients often require clear, concise recommendations in order to reach higher EPC rating benchmarks.
CRX energy can carry out a full energy assessment and provide clear, practical recommendations showing the most cost-effective ways to improve the property’s EPC rating.
If required, an EPC can be produced from the as-is assessment of the property, or, a revisit can be scheduled after improvements have been implemented, and a new EPC can be produced and lodged.
Under current regulations, most privately rented properties require a minimum EPC rating of E in order to be legally let.
Many landlords and property managers are now improving properties towards C ratings in preparation for possible future regulation changes.
